• L2 : Five MBRs (K with whirlpool, K, K, K, K) all with deck access; media room with surround sound; den; hall bath; second laundry.
• L3 : Two MBRs (K with whirlpool and deck access, K); kitchen with granite countertops; great room with gas fireplace and surround sound; half bath; loft.
• Extras : Multiple TVs, foosball, pool table, elevator, gas fireplace, private pool, hot tub, two outdoor showers, basketball goal, reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club.

Private pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $1,500 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available April 27 - October 12, 2013 (heated option not available in July & August).
