This home is set atop a high oceanfront lot in Whalehead Beach for views of the ocean and sunsets in the evening. Enjoy your own private walkway to the beach with dune deck, your own heated pool, hot tub and all the space this home affords.
L1: Gameroom with pool table and TV; access to private pool and hot tub; outside half bath & shower.
L2: Two MBRs (Q, Q); two BRs (2T, Duo/Tr); full bath; den (SS).
L3: Two MBRs (Q, Q); greatroom with gas fireplace, TV and stereo; kitchen; breakfast area; half bath; screened porch.
Extras: Private walkway to beach, multiple TVs, pool table, fax machine, basketball goal.
Pets are welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
