Relax in one of the 8 master bedrooms (6 facing the ocean), cook in the large kitchen, or play in the gameroom. For those that can’t quite leave the office behind, make use of the complete office set up with high speed wireless internet access and free long distance calling.
L1: Gameroom with pool table, 60" high definition plasma TV, home theater system, DVD, VCR, pool area speaker controls, satellite/cable TV with high definition and premium channels, wet bar/kitchenette w/six bar stools, microwave, refrigerator w/water & icemaker; 1/2 bath; office w/computer, printer/fax, telephone; two MBRs (Q with TV/DVD, K w/37" LCD TV/DVD combo).
L2: Five MBRs (K, K, Q, 2T, 2BS) one w/whirlpool & shower, 3 with TV/VCR & all with private access to deck & pool/hot tub area (K bedrooms have Select Comfort sleep number beds); laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, ice maker, refrigerator & separate access to deck & pool/hot tub area.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool & shower, access to open deck; 1/2 bath; greatroom (2SS) w/gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD w/satellite service (high definition and premium channels); open deck with outdoor dining and seating for 8; dining area w/seating for 16, bar w/seating for six; kitchen featuring a center island & wet bar, six burner Viking dual fuel range, two dishwashers, two ovens, cookbook & spice collection, cooking appliances & gadgets galore.
Dogs welcome (two max, no cats). No additional fee/deposit required.
Extras: 3 full size & 1 bar-sized refrigerators, 2 wet bar/kitchenette areas, 2 whirlpools, extensive DVD/VCR collection, office w/high speed wireless internet access, board games, books, multiple TVs/VCRs/DVD players, 2 phone lines, free long distance calling, keyless keypad entry.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Pool available March 29th - November 1st, 2008.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional fee of $1,200. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation.
