New to the Twiddy Program for 2008! This custom designed oceanside home is the perfect getaway for all seasons. Ascend the curved maple staircase to the greatroom - an ideal family gathering area with electronics and a gas fireplace. Play a game of pool in the gameroom with a wet bar and large screen TV with surround sound, or sunbathe by the private pool. Take in the unique ambience of Corolla as you relax on the covered porch areas. Plus, Scooby Dune is pet friendly - bring your furry family members along!
L1: Three BRs (Q, Duo, 2D); gameroom w/pool table, wet bar & full size refrigerator; media room with large HDTV; two full baths.
L2: Three MBRs (K, K, 2BS); two BRs (Q, Q) w/shared bath; laundry.
L3: Greatroom w/gas fireplace; kitchen; dining area; 1/2 bath.
L4: Ship's watch.
Extras: Private pool; hot tub; basketball goal; volleyball; pool table; gas fireplace.
Pets welcome (two max). No additional fee or deposit required.
Private pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $400 (plus tax). Please call our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenitiy. Private pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (heated option not available in July and August).
