• L1: MBR suite (K/BS) with whirlpool includes a wet bar & private laundry facilities; alcove (2T) with sauna Master suite (with wheelchair-accessible, double-headed shower with body sprays); MBR (2Duo) with semi-private bath; gameroom with full kitchenette, foosball & pool table; theatre room with surround sound; half bath.
• Note: The L1 MBR suite (K/BS) is accessible through the MBR (2Duo) or the exercise room only. There is no direct access from the hallway.
• L2: Five MBRs (K, K, K, K, K). One bath has shower with body sprays & whirlpool; all bedrooms have access to oceanfront sunroom with access to, and view of, the pool. Sunroom includes a kitchenette with washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, surround sound & media center & a cabana bath. There is a wheelchair ramp from this level to the pool area with hot tub for 8 (pool alarms on doors leading to pool area) and grill. There is also a private den (Futon) with deck access.
• L2.5: Half bath.
• L3: MBR (K) with gold travertine marble bath with whirlpool, rain shower, deck on oceanside & ocean view. Great room and dining area with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, gas fireplace, media center, buffet wet bar, large elegant dining table for 16 and breakfast table for 10; bar area; kitchen with 2 professional gas ranges, 2 microwaves, 4 dishwashers, 2 sinks & custom cherry cabinets.
• L3.5: Loft area with fax & ocean views.
• Extras: Multiple TVs/DVDs, free DVD rentals, 3 media centers, 4 wet bars & multiple ice machines, unlimited free long distance for domestic calls.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $980 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 3 - October 16, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
