New to the Twiddy Program for 2008! Grab some popcorn and take a seat in the private theatre room with 92" projection screen and surround sound; envelope yourself in the color and sound of the cinema. If you must mix business with pleasure, an office/sunroom facing the ocean is equipped with a computer, high speed wireless Internet access and fax machine/copier. Relax with the family in the gameroom with a pool table, lounge on the sun decks or splash around in the private pool. Additional amenities include a private and lighted walkway to the beach, two hot tubs, kid's pool, foosball and elevator to all levels. And did we mention the ocean views? "Dreams Do Come True" at this coastal retreat.
L1: BR (Duo/T); full bath; rec room (QSS) w/foosball, kitchenette w/microwave and full refrigerator; pool w/outside restroom (toilet only); outside shower; fish cleaning sink; outside storage room for guests' use.
L2: Three MBRs (Q, Q, Q); BR (2T); full bath; gameroom (DSS) w/8' Connelly pool table & executive bar; theatre room w/seating for 9.
L3: MBR (K) w/double whirlpool tub; greatroom; kitchen; half bath; office/sunroom with computer, Internet access & fax/copier.
Extras: One handicap friendly bedroom on L2 w/shower bar; handicap ramp from deck; ground-level ramp from carport; elevator to all levels; two hot tubs.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $350 per week. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (option not available in July & August).
