New to the Twiddy Program for 2008! Oceanfront with plenty of room to roam! This coastal home in Whalehead was designed with your family vacation in mind. Enjoy three King master suites (2 with Jacuzzi tubs and separate standing showers) and all six bedrooms open to porches. Awake to the sunrise or relax in a rocker watching the sunset. Stoll down the walkway to enjoy the sound of waves rolling in. Other features include a new and large 18x32 heated private pool plus a 4-foot radius semi-circle attached wading area and a new 7-person, 33-jet hot tub. This "Beach Retreat" awaits you and your family!
L1: Rec room w/ pool table and large TV; sitting area; kitchenette; full sized refrigerator; laundry; full bath; office area w/flat screen computer and high speed Internet access.
L2: Two BRs (K, 2T w/crib) w/shared bath; two BRs (Q, Duo) w/shared bath; sitting area w/views of the pool, ocean and dunes.
L3: Two MBRs (K, K) both w/ large whirlpool tub and separate showers (one w/tiled walk-in shower for two); greatroom w/hardwood floors; dining area; kitchen w/two dishwashers and two ovens; half bath; laundry. Ocean views from entire 3rd level.
Extras: Internet access, mulitple VCR/DVD/stereo/CD, separate ice machine, two washers/dryers, ceiling fans, rockers, basketball, volleyball, fish cleaning table, outdoor shower.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $500 per week. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (option not available in July & August).
