Offering ocean views, a private dune deck for sunsets, yard area for playing ball and lots of coastal comfort. Amenities include new kitchen appliances, multiple TVs, deep pocket mattresses, hot tub, private pool, basketball goal, private beach access, outside shower and toilet, fish/shell cleaning station, municipal water with added filtration system, RO drinking water in kitchen and more!
L2: MBR (K) with whirlpool & deck access; three BRs (Q with deck access, Duo/Tr with deck access, 2T); full bath; laundry.
L3: MBR (K) with whirlpool & deck access; great room; kitchen with dining area, game/sitting area and half bath.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $500 per week (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 2nd - October 24th, 2009 (option not available in July & August).
