Panoramic displays of the ocean and sound make for views of sunrises and sunsets. A full theatre room, elevator and multiple master bedrooms separate this oceanfront home from the ordinary.
L1: Gameroom w/TV/VCR, pool table, wet bar & full refrig w/icemaker; MBR (Q); two BRs (BS/Tr, Duo/T); cabana bath; laundry; patio w/gated pool & hot tub. Private walkway to dune deck beach.
L2: Four MBRs (K w/access to private to sound view & oceanfront decks, K handicap friendly w/deck, K w/whirlpool & deck, Q w/covered porch & private deck); BR (Q) w/deck & semi-private bath, 100" screen theatre w/leather seating, surround sound, satellite, DVD/VCR; 2nd laundry, deck w/hot tub.
L3: MBR (K) w/sitting area; two decks (one private to sound view, one oceanfront); whirlpool & shower; office w/fax; half bath; kitchen w/2 refrigerators w/icemakers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, microwave, 6 burner JennAire island cook top; breakfast area; greatroom w/entr cntr w/separate ceiling speakers individually controlled in greatroom, bedroom & o/s speakers on patio; dining seats 16; open & covered decks w/gas BBQ.
Extras: Theatre w/100'' screen, 2 hot tubs, 2 whirlpools; 3 refrigerators; multiple TVs/VCRs.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $750 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional $1,500. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation. No Tents Allowed.
