L2: MBR (K); living room w/entr cntr; dining area; kitchen w/double appliances & Sub Zero refrigerator; half bath.
L3: MBR (Q) w/ private deck; two BRs (Q w/ private deck, 2T); loft; study area; full bath.
Extras: Private pool; hot tub; pool table; community pool & tennis; fireplace; foosball; basketball goal.
Pool may be heated upon request at no additional charge. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional $2,495. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation (no tents allowed).
