L3: MBR suite (Q) with whirlpool, new Lexington furniture, pillow-top mattress & custom hardwood floors, oceanfront views & deck access; New in 2010: New Mediterranean style furniture & sitting area, new hardwood floors; professionally equipped kitchen with new Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, including 8-burner stovetop and 2 ovens, 2 microwaves & 2 dishwashers; separate wet bar with ice machine; half bath; decks.
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE:
The Carriage House offers a romantic two-story private getaway. Whether a Newly-Wed Couple or celebrating your Silver Anniversary, you will fall in Love with the New for 2010 King Size Pillow Top canopy bed, a relaxing intimate sitting area and new custom hardwood floors. Make use of the conveniently located private laundry; Downstairs is your private living area with pullout sofa.
THE CABANA HOUSE:
Enjoy the poolside Cabana. Open the French doors, let the fresh air in and enjoy your morning Yoga with the tranquility of the private yard. After a day at the beach or bathing in the pool & spa, enjoy the updated His & Hers private showers and private W.C.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 17 - October 16, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
Special Events welcome in 2010 for an additional $1,200. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation. No Tents Allowed.
