Ocean Serenade is beautifully decorated and very homey. The outside of the building looks like it's being gradually improved, the siding looks worn and needs to be painted or replaced.

This home is delightful...an elevator makes moving bags and groceries easy. The spacious, well-equipped living areas are wonderful. There are usually 13 or more of us and we never feel crowded. We look forward to this gathering every year...we were classmates in nursing school at UVa. (1960 vintage).

Ten years in this home. Love it. Did not like the removal of the door on the third floor. Loved the upgrades. Hot water heater shut off twice. Inconvenient but not terrible. Twiddy showed up next morning both times.

A very nice venue for an (extended) family vacation. Warmer weather would have been appreciated but all in all everybody came away happy with the experience

We love this house with its elevator, spacious kitchen/dining/living areas. The house is nicely sound-proof so one can read a book, take a nap etc. without interruptions. The view of the ocean is awesome. Thank you for sharing this house with us!

We have been coming to Ocean Seranade/Pine Island Beach for 5 years because it has bedrooms with baths to suit our adult family members. The upstairs views are breath-taking. Our grandchildren love the pool and the closeness to the beach. 2 refrigs,2 ovens with lots of counter space on the 3rd level were well thought out. The small room off the dining rm/kitchen puzzle's us. The space is not used except for storage. Take the wall out and open up the upstairs. We wonder about it every year. We look forward to our family vacation every yr.

Answer Hi Patti! The charcoal grill is a park style grill, and it is located on the south side of the home, close to the pool area. See you in a few weeks!
