L3: Living room; dining room; kitchen; den; full bath; half bath; breakfast room; screened porch; decks. All rooms on L3 have ocean views.
Extras: Private pool, hot tub, private dune deck, elevator, community pool & tennis, hardwood floors.
Private pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008.
Pets welcome; dogs only (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
