L1: Three MBRs (K, K, 3BS); rec room w/ pool table, TV, kitchenette; full bath; double laundry.
L2: MBR (K) w/ whirlpool; greatroom w/ gas fireplace; dining; kitchen w/ JennAire, 2 dishwashers; breakfast room w/ gas fireplace; private office (QSS); half bath; screened porch.
L3: Three MBRs (K, K, K) two w/ whirlpools; BR (2T) w/ semi-private bath; private den/media room w/ 46" home theater.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCRs, fish cleaning table, private beach walkway, keyless keypad entry.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
