• L3 : MBR (K) with whirlpool, gas fireplace and walk-in shower with double showerheads; great room with home theatre system and stone gas fireplace; dining area; kitchen with professional double ovens and two dishwashers, and Viking cooktop; breakfast room; half bath.
• Extras : Multiple TVs, central vacuum, two gas fireplaces, horseshoes, picnic table, wine cooler, Poly-Wood deck and pool furniture, reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available April 27 - October 12, 2013 (heated option not available in July & August).
