Welcome to Coco Palms! This oceanfront retreat is designed to mirror a tropical paradise. Special touches such as the sports bar/entertainment room overlooking the pool area provide the perfect backdrop for family reunions.
L1: Three MBRs (K, 2T, BS/Day Bed/Tr); media room with 65" TV home theatre (QSS); Flamingo Sports Bar w/full size pool table & kitchen, wet bar, full size refrigerator, micro, icemaker, diner decor with diner style tables; access to patio area with optionally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, 1/2 cabana bath; shaded play area, outside stereo speakers, 2 outside showers, and walkway to the beach.
L2: Four oceanfront MBRs (K, K, K, 2DB/2Tr) with deck access, one w/whirlpool, shower & 2 private decks; media room w/in-home theatre; laundry w/2 washers & dryers.
L3: Oceanfront MBR (K) with whirlpool & shower, private deck & ocean views; half bath; greatroom w/cathedral ceilings, columns & ocean views, Bose stereo system and gas fireplace; dining room & dining area with ocean views; kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator, icemaker, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens & pantry.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCR/DVD's, community pools, tennis courts, walking paths, etc.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $500 per tank (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
