Special touches such as the sports bar/pool table/entertainment room opening to the pool area creates the perfect backdrop for family reunions and memory making occasions. Eight master bedrooms offer privacy and ample decking provides comfortable space for relaxing with loved ones. Approximately 1 block away from the community outdoor pool, tennis courts, swing sets, & basketball courts.

• L1: Three MBRs (K, 2T, BS/DB/Tr); media room (QSS) with home theatre system; flamingo sports bar with full-size pool table & kitchen with wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave, ice machine & diner decor with diner-style tables; access to patio area with optionally-heated pool, plus kiddie pool, hot tub, cabana half bath; shaded play area & 2 outside showers.
• L2: Four oceanfront MBRs (K, K, K, 2DB/2Tr) with deck access, one with whirlpool, shower & 2 private decks while others share an ocean view deck; media room with home theatre system; laundry with 2 washers & dryers.
• L3: Oceanfront MBR (K) with whirlpool & shower, private deck & ocean views; half bath; great room with cathedral ceilings, columns & ocean views and gas fireplace; dining room & dining area with ocean views; kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator, ice machine, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens & pantry.
• Extras: Community pools, basketball court, volleyball court, multiple TVs/DVDs. Close to the Currituck Club golf course and Pine Island's Racquet Club (nominal fee).

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $500 per tank (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 1 - October 16, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
