L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool, TV/DVD & deck access; greatroom w/stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, TV/DVD/VCR/stereo; kitchen w/2 dishwashers & ovens, granite countertops, breakfast bar w/seating for 4; dining room w/seating for 16; half bath; screened porch w/ picnic area; ocean views from all rooms on this level.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCR/DVDs, high speed wireless Internet, private walkway to the beach, digital cable w/premium channels, gas grill, keyless keypad entry.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26th - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
