This oceanfront home is built high over the ocean and has sea views. With wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows on the oceanside, this custom-designed and professionally decorated home has an array of amenities, including an elevator to all floors. Enjoy the movies in your own theater room with stadium seating, large screen projection system and 7.1 surround sound. The kitchen has cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers and a wine cooler. Bring your iPod and cd's and enjoy your music through the stereo system while you relax by the gated pool or in the hot tub. Five of the six bedrooms are masters with their own baths; two have ocean views and one has a pool view. An array of amenities and elegant décor combine to create an unforgettable oceanfront retreat!

L3: MBR (K with custom tile bathroom w/jetted tub and separate tile shower); greatroom w/hardwood floors, home theatre and gas fireplace; dining room with ocean views and seating for 12; kitchen and island with granite countertops, 5 burner cook top, stainless appliances, two dishwashers, double sink, and double wall oven; office with desk and fax; half bath; deck.
Extras: Elevator, TV in each bedroom, central sound system, DVD/video library, books for all ages, hammock, beach umbrella, pool side picnic table, fax.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $200 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July and August.
