Make "ReCooperation" the number one priority on your vacation agenda! Constructed for the 2007 season and offering private southern views.
L1: Rec room w/pool table, foosball, shuffleboard; kitchenette w/refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, microwave; theatre room w/stadium seating; MBR (BS/Double BS); BR (2Duos) w/semi-private bath; access to private pool w/kiddie pool and hot tub.
L2: Four MBRs (K, K, K, K) 2 w/deck access; private den w/TV and deck access; laundry room w/2 washers & dryers.
L2.5: Half bath.
L3: Two MBRs (K, K); greatroom w/gas fireplace, TV/DVD; dining area; kitchen w/2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators.
L3.5: Game table & bench seating.
Extras: Elevator to all levels, private pool 11x28 w/kiddie pool, hot tub, gated pool, high speed wireless Internet, basketball goal, shuffle board, VCR/DVD library.
No Pets/No smoking
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
