This home is situated in the family-oriented community of Ocean Lake. This cottage allows your family to soak in some well-deserved sun by the private pool or lounge on the decks with views of the lake. Take advantage of this vacation retreat.
L1: Gameroom (SS), foosball table; full bath; kitchenette; laundry; access to patio with private pool and hot tub.
L2: MBR (Q); MBR (Q) w/ handicap friendly bath, elevated toilet, shower stall and pedestal sink; BR (2T) with deck access; BR (Duo) with deck access; full bath.
L3: Handicap friendly MBR (K) with wide doorway for wheelchair and shower stall; greatroom with entertainment center, gas fireplace; 1/2 bath; kitchen; screened porch; deck access with lake views.
Extras: High speed wireless Internet access; elevator to all floors; multiple TVs and DVDs.
Pets Allowed: 2 dogs and/or 1 cat max. No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
