This oceanfront retreat offers all you’ll need for an exciting and unforgettable beach vacation. Experience ocean views from the private gazebo nestled in the dunes.
L1: Rec room w/foosball table, TV/VCR & wet bar w/full size refrigerator; BR (BS & T with semi-private bath); patio w/private pool & 6x5 kiddie pool; access to private walkway/wheelchair ramp to gazebo.
L2: Two MBRs (K, K), one w/whirlpool & one handicap-friendly (wheelchair accessible shower), both with TV/VCR/DVD; two BRs (Q & 2BS) share full bath; den (QSS) with TV/VCR/DVD & stereo w/CD/cassette; laundry w/2 dryers.
L3: MBR (K) with TV/VCR/DVD; greatroom w/gas FP & TV w/surround sound overlooks pool & ocean; half bath; dining area; kitchen w/2 dishwashers & screened porch w/table and observation deck above with ocean & lighthouse views.
Extras: Multiple TVs/VCRs/stereos, digital cable, fax/printer, 2 refrigerators & books/games, full handicap accessibility on every floor level, walkway/wheelchair ramp to the gazebo, 2 outdoor showers, BB goal, access to the Villages @ Ocean Hill's community pool & tennis; fitness center available for a fee.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
