Ocean and lighthouse views, coupled with a short stroll to the ocean, make this home the perfect venue for your next vacation. Sea Watch is a classic beach home with remodeling, expansion and upgrades over recent years. Many of the rooms have Juniper-wood for that warm and cozy feeling. This home offers large families space to relax inside or out. Take a dip in the private pool, sneak away for a nap in the hammock, unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a glass of wine on the wrap-around deck.
Lower Level: A juniper-wood TV room with videos, DVDs and paperback books. A queen master bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, twin bedroom and bunkroom with 2 bunk sets. Shaded decks overlook the pool with swings and a hammock for reading and afternoon naps.
Mid-level: A cathedral ceiling greatroom is the center of family activity. A dining area, TV/DVD area, game table area and high-speed computer corner where everyone can spread out yet still enjoy time together. Adjacent is a kitchen with a refrigerator and 2 under counter refrigerators for the largest families. Another queen master bedroom and a three step up overlook with swivel chairs and windows to watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunsets behind the lighthouse. Adults love reading and sipping wine here! Outside is a wrap-around deck for suntans and relaxation.
Top Level: The ultimate napping and TV getaway or the "sea watch" with windows on 3 sides for views of the ocean and lighthouse. Wrap-around cushioned area for your relaxation. Also includes a wet bar and refrigerator.
L1: MBR (Q); four BRs (Q, Q, 2T, 2BS); two full baths; TV/gameroom & covered decks.
L2: BR (Q) w/semi-private bath w/whirlpool; greatroom; kitchen; ocean overlook; sun decks.
L3: Sea watch/TV room w/wet bar & refrigerator.
Pool may be heated upon request at no additional charge from May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 [heated option not available in July & August]. Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity.
