Take in sunsets and views of the sound from this newly renovated Soundfront home. Cozy and quiet, this home offers all the peace and tranquility you need for a vacation on the Outer Banks. In the morning relax with a cup of coffee on the screened porch. In the afternoon take a refreshing dip in the new private pool. In the evening, soak in the hot tub while watching sunsets. By the end of your vacation you will be saying "I Luv View" too.
L1: MBR (Q) w/whirlpool; access to new private pool and hot tub.
L2: Gameroom; three MBRs (K, K, K) each w/whirlpool; two BRs (2T, 2BS); hall bath; screened porch.
L3: Living area w/ wood fireplace; dining area; sunroom; kitchen; half bath; sun deck facing the water.
Extras: New private pool, hot tub, pool table, high chair, charcoal grill.
No Pets Allowed. No Smoking.
Private pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $200 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available May 3 - October 25, 2008 (heated option not available in July & August).
