L1: Half cabana bath w/ outdoor access; den; laundry; study room with work area & computer hook-up; elevator access is outside off of the carport and goes to all levels; outside shower.
L2: Two MBRs (Q, Q); two BRs (2T, Duo/Tr); shared bath; covered deck w/hot tub.
L3: MBR (K); kitchen w/ disposal; greatroom; dining area and bar; half bath; sun deck.
Extras: Elevator, astro-turf putting green, multiple TVs/VCR/DVDs, highchair, barbeque grills (gas and charcoal). Just steps away from the trolley stop, sound, community tennis and indoor sports center (great for off-season and inclement weather).
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity; Heated pool available May 4 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
