This oceanfront home offers views of the ocean and Currituck Lighthouse. Decorated with hardwood floors, this handicap friendly home has a private pool with a shallow end for new swimmers, hot tub and beach access. It's also situated close to the community amenities and trolley stop.

L2: Two oceanfront MBRs (K, K) w/decks & one oceanfront handicap friendly (raised toilet and hand held shower head only); MBR (Q); MBR (2T); den facing ocean; deck; fax; laundry.
L3: Oceanfront MBR (K) w/double shower, whirlpool & deck; greatroom w/gas fireplace & stereo, HDTV & surround sound; handicap friendly 1/2 bath; dining room; sunroom/breakfast room; kitchen w/ 2 dishwashers & 6-burner professional gas range.
L4: Ship's watch w/ lighthouse views.
Extras: Shared private walkway to the beach (shared with one neighbor to the north); multiple TVs/DVDs; free video rentals at Ocean Atlantic Rentals; icemakers in two refrigerators.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $450 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
