This coastal home is designed and equipped for large families. The home is 2nd-Tier Oceanfront. Although considered oceanfront, 2nd-tier lots are shaped like ivory keys on a piano with the narrow end facing the ocean. Views to the side may be obscured by another house. This home features plenty of gathering areas and a pool area made for fun, complete with tiki bar!
L1: Double garage; rec room w/ping pong table & shuffleboard, kitchenette w/refrigerator and microwave, 52" TV/VCR; half bath; three MBRs (Q, D/T, 2Duo); double laundry; access to private pool, hot tub, and walkway that adjoins community walkway to beach.
L2: Sports bar room with 3 TV's, kitchenette w/fridge & micro, pool table, foosball; den (QSS) w/computer and fax; full bath; four MBRs (K w/whirlpool, K, K, 2Duo/Tr).
L3: MBR (K w/whirlpool, shower & double sided gas fireplace); greatroom w/surround sound media center, gas fireplace; dining area; kitchen with 2 four-burner cook tops, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, and 2 dishwasher; half bath.
L4: Ship's watch.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCR's, High speed Internet access.
Pets Allowed: 1 dog welcome (no cats). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $750 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
