For our family for four this house is perfect. The location is awesome my children can play right under the house in the sand even on a rainy day! We can walk or drive to the beach. This was our second year at this house and it comes with everything you could think to have in your own home.

It was the perfect size for me, my dog and a friend. One bedroom was a master suite and the other bedroom had direct access to another full size bathroom - so with two people both bedrooms were master suites. There's enough room for two couples and children since one bedroom had a twin bed and a trundle bed in the main living area. The open space of the living room, dining room and kitchen made the house seem larger. Even though I brought my dog, I was a little worried the house would smell like dogs since it's dog friendly - NOT the case. The house was very clean and I did not see any dog hair on the couches or bedding. Wild Horse Watch is a perfect name for the house since four horses were seen almost daily and one night they spent time under the house. Loved the fact that there was a washer & dryer. The distance to the beach was not very far. The extra beach chairs were a surprise and there's an outside shower. There are very few houses in this area. You can hear the ocean from the two decks.

This was our second stay in the home and we love the area and the most aspects of the house.

This was our second year at this home. We just love it! Perfect for our family of 4! We were pleased to see the water in the showers were not brown this year. Also loved the new porch furniture, especially the tables.

We enjoyed our vacation though we would not rent this home again. The well water situation was more severe than we have encountered before. The house layout and accommodations were lovely and we are very glad we did this!
