- L3: Two MBRs (K, K) with whirlpool tubs, tiled showers & dual sinks; great room with surround sound & gas fireplace; 2 dining tables accommodate 30; custom kitchen with granite countertops, 3 dishwashers, 2 of each: refrigerators, sinks, double ovens, pantries; loft area off great room; additional den (QSS); breakfast area with ocean views; access to custom trex deck with 2nd hot tub overlooking ocean.
Pets welcome (2 dogs or cats max.). No additional fee or deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 24 - October 16, 2010 (heated option not available in July & August).
