Accessible by 4WD only, the whole family will enjoy a bounty of amenities with ocean and sound views from sunrise to sunset. With 2000 sq.ft. of decking it is easy to catch the breeze or a tan. Located approximately 3.0 miles up the beach.
L1: Private gated, heated pool; deck; outdoor shower w/enclosure; beach storage closet.
L2: Three MBR's (K, Q, Q) 2 with whirlpool tubs and 2 with deck access; two BR's (2BS, 2D) with shared bath; deck access; rec room with pool table, TV/DVD/VCR, wet bar; half bath.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool tub, gas fireplace; MBR (Q); greatroom w/ gas fireplace, entertainment center, game table; kitchen with granite countertops, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, commercial refrigerator and freezer, icemaker; half bath; access to deck with hot tub; screened porch.
Extras: Satellite TV, multiple big screen TV's/DVD's, high chair, stone fireplace, bamboo flooring and ceramic tile throughout.
Pets are welcome, 3 max. No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
