We are considering come back to the same home and would love to know if the homeowner will be making some upgrades. Also, we are considering an offseason rental as we love the outer banks and want to see what it is like at other times of the year.

Answer Katie, since we do not require a particular type of coffee-maker in our homes, we do not have that specific information for you, however, most are standard drip models.I can see a drip coffee-maker and a large coffee urn, which would typically be a percolater style, in one of the kitchen photos in our online film strip of this home.

Answer That is a great question! At this time, there are 12 televisions in this home. They are located in the living room, game room, den, and 9 of the bedrooms. Our standard amenities guarantee that there will always be at least one television and DVD player in the living room.
