Accessible by 4WD only. Conveniently situated a few miles from the access ramp, yet worlds away from the pace of your everyday life! Tons of fun amenities and ocean views, coupled with a comfortable decor and ample decking create this special retreat. Approximately 2.3 miles up the beach.
L1: BR (2BS); full bath; gameroom w/ beer tap, pool table, foosball & air hockey tables, wet bar with refrigerator, dishwasher; private pool.
L2: Three MBRs (Q, Q, Q); two BRs (2Duo, 2T); full bath.
L3: MBR (K); nursery w/crib, changing table & small "race car" child's bed; greatroom w/ fireplace, satellite TV; kitchen; half bath.
Two dogs welcome (no cats- homeowner has allergic reaction). No additional fee/deposit required.
Extras: Fish cleaning station, satellite TV, multiple TV/VCRs, books, garden checkers, outdoor pool table, keyless keypad entry.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 25 - October 24, 2008; option not available in July & August.
