L3: Two MBRs (K, Q) both with deck access; two BRs (Q, Q) with shared full bath and deck access; great room; dining area; kitchen; half bath. Extras: Private optionally-heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas grill. Pets allowed (2 max.). No additional fee or deposit required. Private pool available May 1 - October 16, 2010.
