Accessible by 4WD only. A family vacation in this oceanfront home in North Swan Beach is well worth the trip! Approximately 6.8 miles up the beach.
L1: Rec room w/pool table & TV/VCR/DVD, wet bar w/refrigerator; 1/2 bath; access to gated pool & hot tub.
L2: Two MBRs (Q, Q); two BRs (2T, Duo/Tr); full bath.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool & TV; greatroom w/gas fireplace & TV/VCR/DVD; kitchen; dining area; 1/2 bath; screened porch.
Extras: Multiple TVs, DVD, Direct TV.
Pets are welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $200 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
