This home is perfect for that smaller group looking for an ocean front property. It is very well furnished and has everything you could need to make your beach vacation perfect!

The home was just perfect! The view was breathtaking. We cooked all meals, the kitchen could not have been more accommodating. We loved the variety of dishes, serving dishes, and kitchen amenities. All the beds and pillows were so comfortable that it made it hard to rise early. The landscaping was just beautiful, the dog playpen was such an added bonus.

Under the carova sun is by far the nicest home we have stayed in on the 4 x 4 beach. This home has everything you could want in a vacation home. You can tell owner takes great pride in this home. We stay on the 4 x 4 beach in June and early October, just wish it had a pool so we could book in june too. You will not be disappointed a great home

Answer Great question, RJ! Beach chairs are an advertised amenity and there will be at least 5 waiting for you at the home. Equipment such as bicycles and beach supplies are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those items with you.
