- L3: Great room with ocean views, high ceilings & granite gas fireplace; dining room seats 10, breakfast room seats 8 & bar seating for 6; kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators, 2 cooktops with ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, granite countertops & center island with sink; half bath; MBR (K) with sitting area, whirlpool, dual shower heads, 2 lavatories, walk-in closet, double vanity & access to sun deck.
- Extras: Floating spiral oak staircase with carpet runners between all levels, elevated walkway to the dune and gazebo with ocean views, elevator, multiple TVs/DVDs, 3 outside pool deck showers. The sun deck on level 2, level 3 and the pool are connected by outside stairs.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 24 - October 16, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
