L1: MBR (2 Duo) w/ TV/VCR/DVD, double vanity & walk-in closet; rec room w/ pool table, foosball, air hockey & built in TV/VCR/DVD/stereo; wet bar w/ full refrigerator, icemaker & microwave; theatre room w/ seating for 14 (theatre style recliners w/ cup holders), 106" screen & DVD library; laundry w/ 2 washer/dryers; full cabana bath; access to hot tub & optionally heated/lighted pool; outdoor speakers; 2 car garage.
L2: Six MBRs (K, K, K, Q, 2T, 2 Duo) all w/ built-in TV/DVD, one w/ handicap friendly bath w/ grab bars, shower w/ seat and low vanity, five have double vanities; sun deck overlooking pool and walkway to the beach w/ foot shower & dune top gazebo w/ speakers.
L3: Greatroom w/ ocean views and high ceilings, granite gas fireplace, 50" TV/DVD; dining room seats 10, breakfast room seats 8 and bar seating for 6; kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators, 2 cook tops w/ ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, granite countertops & center island w/ sink; half bath; MBR (K) w/ sitting area, whirlpool, dual shower heads, 2 lavatories, access to sun deck, walk-in closet & double vanity.
Extras: Floating spiral oak staircase with carpet runners between all levels, elevated walkway to the beach and gazebo offering ocean views, elevator, satellite TV in rec room, living room & six bedrooms; DVD library, board games, 3 outside pool deck showers. The sun deck on L2, L3 and the pool are connected by outside stairs.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
