L3: Two MBRs (K handicap friendly w/wide doors & shower w/low lip, K w/whirlpool); greatroom w/entr cntr, gas fireplace, kitchen w/2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 breakfast bars; office/game area w/wet bar; 1/2 bath.
Extras: Double hammock, hammock swing, children's swings, satellite TV/DVD in family areas all 3 levels, antenna TV/VCR combo in every bedroom, books, games, videos, gas & charcoal barbeques, walkway to beach & dune deck, keyless keypad entry.
Two dogs welcome (no cats). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 28 - October 27, 2007; option not available in July & August.
