New to the Twiddy Program for 2008 and accessible by 4WD only. You will no doubt have "Peace of Mind" after selecting this home for your next Outer Banks vacation. With amenities such as a private pool, a game room with pool table and foosball and outside activities such as kayaking and fishing, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Located on a canal and within minutes to the beach, you can be sure you will have a peaceful weeks stay. Approximately 8.8 miles up the beach.
L1: MBR (K w/handicapped bath); BR (2BS w/ 3' wide door access to handicapped bath); game room (QSS) w/professional golf arcade machine; full bath with jacuzzi & 3' wide door.
L2: MBR (Q); BR (2T); kitchen, dining room, great room.
L3: Three MBR's (K w/ soaking tub, Q, Q); BR (Duo); half bath; access to hot tub.
Extras: Bulkheaded lot with dock and boat ramp, fishing poles, fish cleaning station, horseshoes, volleyball net, multiple TV's/DVD's, optionally heated pool.
Pets are welcome. No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $300 per week. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 3 - October 25, 2008, option not available in July & August.
