Accessible by 4WD only. This home offers ocean views and ample space for family reunions, corporate retreats or weddings. Approximately 8.0 miles up the beach.
L1: Recreation room; service kitchen; large media room w/pool table; patio w/pool, poolside bar; two half baths.
L2: Five MBRs (K, K, K, Q, 2T) two w/whirlpools; BR (K) w/semi-private bath; double laundry; living room (SS); covered decks.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool; dormitory BR (4duo); full bath; half bath; kitchen w/double appliances; living room; dining room; loft/office; open decks & screened porch.
Pets: Dogs only, no cats. No additional fee/deposit required.
Extras: Shuffleboard table.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $250 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional $1,000. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation.
