The pool area was designed for entertainment and fun with an optionally-heated pool, kiddie pool, 8-person hot tub & cabana. After a long day of playing in the surf, relax in the private theatre room with surround sound. Plus, NFL Sunday Ticket is available for the sports fanatics in your group. Time to head off the paved road and make "Just Dune It" your next vacation venue! Approximately 7.5 miles up the beach.

L3: MBR (K) with whirlpool tub & gas fireplace; kitchen with 2 dishwashers; great room with gas fireplace & surround sound; half bath; dining area with seating for 20.
Extras: Private pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, elevator, pool table, foosball, basketball goal, horseshoes, lighted walkway to the dune, outside shower.

One dog welcome (no cats). No additional fee or deposit required.
Private pool may be heated upon request for no additional fee. Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 1 - October 16, 2010 (option not available in July & August). Upon request well in advance, off-season upcharge of $400 (plus tax) to open and heat pool.

8/20/10 This home no longer offers a gated private pool. The pool has a fence around it, but there is direct access from L1.
