L1: MBR (Q); BR (Duo/Tr); laundry; gameroom w/pool table, wet bar & refrigerator; full bath; patio w/gated pool & hot tub; children’s playground with swings, a large ship & sliding board; outdoor shower; fish cleaning station.
L2: Four MBRs (K, K, K, 2T) one handicap friendly w/wide doors, raised sink & toilet & walk-in shower w/grab bar; BR (Duo/Tr); full bath; office/study; laundry; covered/open decks.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool & fireplace; half bath; greatroom w/entertainment center & fireplace; kitchen w/2 dishwashers & breakfast nook; dining room seating for 20; bar; open decks.
L4: Ship’s watch sitting area.
Extras: Multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs, 2 surround sound systems, wine cooler, fax, 2 cribs, youth chair.
Pool may be heated upon request at no additional charge from April 26 - October 25, 2008. Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity; option not available in July & August.
