Accessible by 4WD only. Constructed in a vintage maritime theme to transport you back to the golden days of THE BEACH HOUSE! Features retro-styled kitchen and laundry, nautical lighting, antique furnishings and historical memorabilia. Antique architectural elements are used throughout the home, including wooden floors, walls and ceiling vaults! Directly oceanfront, perched atop the rolling dunes and steps away from the secluded walk-in nature preserve at False Cape State Park. This is a vacation escape from the ordinary! Approx. 10 miles up the beach.
L1: Gameroom w/refrig, sink, wide screen plasma TV/surround sound & pool table; two MBRs (Q, Q); BR (Q) w/ semi-private "boat house" bath; BR (2T); laundry; access to patio w/gated pool & hot tub; private walkway to the beach & dune deck, BBQ & outdoor shower.
L2: Greatroom w/2-story beamed vault & gas fireplace, doors open to covered oceanfront deck; gathering room w/table seating; retro-styled "pilot house" kitchen, pantry, access to covered screen porch overlooking the ocean; MBR (Q) w/ built-ins & loft, plus access to screened porch; BR (Q) w/ vaulted ceiling & semi-private bath.
L3: Balcony level w/ computer desk and ocean view windowscaping over greatroom below; grand MBR (K) w/ vaulted ceiling, French doors, built-ins, private ocean deck, whirlpool, dual sinks & double shower.
Extras: Multiple TVs/DVDs.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
