Get ready for a dreamy OBX vacation at “Atlantic Fanta Sea!” Enjoy salty breezes from the ocean and watch the sunset on the sound from this semi-oceanfront home, which is just one house back from the beach. Located in South Nags Head, this home offers the opportunity to be “away from it all” while being within a few minutes’ drive from the best shopping, dining, and attractions in Nags Head. This home backs up to Cape Hatteras National Seashore, offering a great opportunity to observe coastal ecosystems.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open and spacious great room. The living area features comfortable furniture centered around the TV and a fireplace for use during cooler evenings. The large kitchen is stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add groceries. There is a separate wet bar area near the kitchen that is perfect for grabbing a refreshment while staying out of the kitchen when meals are being prepped. The kitchen and wet bar areas both have barstool seating. The dining area nearby can accommodate a crowd, as there is a large table as well as a smaller one. Step outside onto the ocean-facing deck with your morning coffee and watch a gorgeous OBX sunrise. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing beverage any time of day. Two master bedrooms can be found on the top floor, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the deck. An additional bedroom and a half bathroom complete the third level of the home.
The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. There is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. There are four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Gather around the pool table in the rec room, play air hockey, or simply relax and watch the action. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the middle level of the home. Take family movie night to an epic level in the theatre room on the ground floor.
Outside, fun in the sun is on the agenda. Lounge around in the refreshing private pool. Take a break from the pool and play cornhole. The community tennis courts are just steps away from the home. At day’s end, watch the sun set on the sound while soaking in the hot tub.
