The huge 30'x 60' pool encourages refreshing fun and endless hours of lounging, as well as a lap lane section for the athletically inclined. Spend nights unwinding in the hot tub, practicing yoga overlooking the ocean or relaxing in the sauna. Or make use of the home gym equipment to stay active while on vacation - including Echelon stationary bike for cardio sessions, paired to Apple TV for classes. Guests of all ages will stay entertained for hours in the rec room on the rare, antique 9-foot Brunswick pool table, shooting hoops in the drive or watching a movie in the high-fidelity 10 speaker theater room or kitchen annex. An expansive great room with multiple seating areas, gas fireplace and TV with surround sound, lets everyone spread out while spending time together as a group.
When dinner time rolls around, choose to grill outdoors by the newly installed fire-pit or prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen, which is a true cook's delight.
