Incredible panoramic ocean to sound views are offered from all levels of the estate, which is the first newly constructed home in Palmer’s Island since 1999. Set on an acre with mature landscaping, this home’s 50-foot-plus elevation makes it a rare find on the Outer Banks, and gives guests a unique perspective for taking in the stunning coastal landscape. Palmer’s Island is located on the most narrow section of the northern Outer Banks, which offers privacy and relaxation away from the crowds. Adding to the private setting of the property, a 150-foot oceanfront gives guests a wide-open beach space. Just a short stroll from the home, a private dock on the sound allows guests staying exclusively in the Palmer’s Island community a chance to get up close and personal with the Currituck Sound.
Step into the home to experience seaside luxury at its finest. Four of the twelve master bedrooms are suites, three on the south side of the home and one facing the sound, each with deck access and lavish features. The sound side master suite has a large adjoining private deck, perfect for catching spectacular sunsets. The additional eight bedrooms are all masters, each including a private bathroom. Ten of the bedrooms have king beds, while the remaining two bedrooms each feature two bunk sets to make the little ones happy.
The spacious great room allows guests to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views while preparing meals in the kitchen, eating in the dining area, or simply relaxing in the living area. The parlor, which includes a bar and opens to a wrap-around deck, is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise over the ocean or an evening beverage with the sunset on the sound. A den on the middle level and a rec room with a pool table on the bottom level, both with wrap around-deck access, give guests a place to gather with panoramic water views as a backdrop. Screen the latest movies for the family in the theatre room on the bottom level. Take a break from the beach to hang out in the poolside cabana, or relax and unwind in one of two hot tubs.
An impressive game area is provided underneath the home, ensuring that even on the rainiest of days you won't miss out on a moment of fun. Mini-golf, giant tic-tac-toe, shuffleboard, corn hole, horseshoes, and ping pong are available for your family to enjoy in this covered outdoor recreation zone. An elevator that arrives to the top floor just off of the kitchen makes unloading groceries a breeze. The convenient amenities continue with laundry facilities on each floor of the home.

"Great home!! We really enjoyed ourselves! Incredibly well stocked kitchen and tons of games. All the TV remotes and home speakers were super easy to use… even my elderly mother figured it out without ANY questions! Lol. Under the house is PERFECT for kids… honestly the whole house was perfect for the kids! Pretty sure there were more games than what was pictured. The layout/design was great… it’s clear the owners really though through a LOT of details! Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves. Only things I’d mention that the owners could do diff / better is the room numbers noted in the floor plan layout do not match the numbers that are on the rooms within the house… had us a little confused on who was in what room when we first got there. Could also use one more fridge.. maybe in the pool area… they did have a yeti cooler outside for drinks and a cart to bring snacks up n down from the kitchen though."

"We enjoyed our stay at Palmers Panorama. It was the perfect home for our large family. We have 23 grandchildren aged 8 months to 18 years and there was always something for the kids to do or explore right on the property. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Family groups did excursions during the day and we would come together every evening for our meals in the wonderful kitchen. It was a great way to celebrate our anniversary with our kids and their families."

"This home is a dream. We had over 30 people, including children, and you wouldn't have known. So much space and the views are breathtaking. The pool was large and perfect for entertaining the littles when we weren't on the beach. Of course, the hot tubs and upstairs bar were a great way for the adults to relax later in the evening. Cannot recommend this place enough. We would LOVE to come back!"
