Get set for a fun-filled family vacation at “Surfside - Duck!” Even furry family members are welcome as this home is pet-friendly. This beautiful beach house is centrally located on a quiet street in Duck Village. Shopping, dining and entertainment in the village of Duck are a walk or short bike ride away. The community beach walkway is just a quick walk from the home. Step out onto the decks, and enjoy the salty breeze. The top level of the home was designed for gathering and spending time with loved ones. Kick back and relax in the living room. Prepare a meal for the entire family in the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoy it all together in the dining area. A half bathroom is located on the top level for convenience.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom attached. There are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lower level was made for fun with a rec room that features an arcade game. There is an additional full bathroom on the ground level. Step outside to the beautifully landscaped yard. Take a dip in the private pool, or have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Whatever your vacation preference, the entire family will enjoy relaxing at “Surfside - Duck!”

"This is one of the nicest homes I have rented in Duck. House smelled fresh a and clean on arrival. Love those hard wood floors! Furniture was fresh and no sign of wear and tear. The family room/kitchen area was cozy and the balcony and outdoor furniture nice and fresh. Our dog loved the backyard and we loved the fact that it was fenced in. Kitchen had everything we needed and it is practical. Beach is just a really short walk away. All in all warmly recommend this house."
