Serendipity is your “beach home away from home!” For spectacular ocean views and a great oceanfront location in the Town of Duck, Serendipity is the perfect four-bedroom, four and a half bath. It’s vacation home you will want to return to, year after year!
Serendipity’s Nags Head style architecture features an open-concept living room on the middle level, which opens to sun decks and a covered wrap-around porch, perfect for enjoying breathtaking ocean views. The middle level also features a master bedroom, with a private bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining areas, a half bathroom, and laundry room. Serendipity offers private beach access directly from the middle level for added convenience.
Step upstairs to the top level, which includes two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a private oceanfront deck. A den and a third bedroom are also included on the top level. The west-facing sundeck on the top level is perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets with family and friends.
The outdoor area has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Take a dip in the private saltwater pool, with heating option available upon request, and a pool cooling feature for extra hot summer days. Relax at the pool cabana bar or hang out on the grill patio and picnic area. Experience Serendipity in Duck and relax in your home away from home!
