Welcome to “Sunsplash!” This mesmerizing beach retreat is oceanside and has amazing views of the Corolla scenery. “Sunsplash” features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Guests have access to the home’s private swimming pool, and hot tub.
On the top floor of “Sunsplash” there is a master King bedroom. A spacious great room that will be the perfect gathering area for you and your family. The home’s kitchen is also on this floor level and has lots of counter space. The screened porch is roomy and has amazing views of Corolla’s scenery! Want to relax even more after a day at the beach? Soak in the home’s hot tub and enjoy the peaceful noises of nature surrounding you.
On the first level, there is a master Queen bedroom and two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. The home’s laundry room is also on this floor!
Outside, guests can take a swim in the pool or go for a walk on the beach and look for sea glass. The possibilities are endless here at “Sunsplash!”

You can also walk to historic Corolla easily too which was very nice. The two decks were lovely, my husband and I enjoyed looking out to the ocean every morning when we had our coffee. It had everything you could think of to make it a home away from home!"
