You’ll be feeling “Just Dandi” after a relaxing Corolla vacation at this charming semi-oceanfront home! Bring the whole group including the family dog to enjoy a fun-filled stay in the Pine Island community. At the beach, by the pool, or just having fun indoors, you’re sure to enjoy every moment of your time spent here.
Just one lot back from the oceanfront with a convenient community walkway only one house away, you can make your way to the beach in no time for a swim in the ocean or a long sandy stroll. Back at the house, enjoy outdoor entertainment including a pool, hot tub, backyard volleyball, two disc golf baskets, and tether ball. The central location in Pine Island puts restaurants, shops, and attractions in both Duck and Corolla within a short drive.
Curl up with a good book in the ship’s watch, relax in the great room, watch the sunset from the back deck, or spend some time in the kitchen on the top floor while preparing a meal for the family. A total of seven bedrooms (five masters with attached baths) throughout the home provide space, comfort, and privacy. The first level rec room has a pool table, full size refrigerator and a wet bar. Snacks and drinks are conveniently within reach while playing games or hanging out at the pool.

"House was recently painted and looked amazing from the outside. The pool was the perfect size, and the many porches were used by all. The two renovated bathrooms on the second floor and the primary bedroom bath were luxurious, like a five star hotel. The kitchen is fully stocked, which we haven’t experienced before, we have always had to run out and buy some cooking utensil, but not this year. There wasn’t a lot of space for our food, but the two full sized fridges were perfect for the cold stuff."
"The Just Dandi has a fantastic layout for a larger extended family vacations, lots of open space and with bedrooms opening to them. The bathroom upgrades makes for the showers easily accessible to older guests. The pool area is great for after beach time BBQs with lots of space. We will defiantly be renting this again thanks for the fantastic vacation."
