Welcome to the home built for our family and yours, "Heavens to Betsy"!
This home has been meticulously designed and decorated, each level of this home the ideal mix of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. Bedspreads are laundered weekly!
The top level is the focal point for family gatherings. Relax on the decks in the morning or have lunch on the screened porch, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, the great room offers plenty of space for everyone. Toast to a wonderful vacation around the unique Chris Craft style boat bar that is reminiscent of days past. The well appointed gourmet kitchen will appeal to even the most discerning of chefs and offers the convenience of a coffee bar. Catch up with each other in front of the cozy fireplace or convene in the dining area for a large family dinner. Three master bedrooms, including the Admiral Suite, each offer deck access from which to take in views of the sunset over the Currituck Sound.
The mid-level offers seven professionally decorated King master bedrooms, in addition to a bunk bedroom for the kids. This level also has a 13th bedroom efficiency suite with a daybed and trundle. Bring your own chef, housekeeper, or nanny to make your trip to the OBX even more fun for family and friends! Again, you will find ample gathering spaces as this level features a stunning circular bar overlooking the ocean. This is the perfect place for a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The sitting areas are also great for reading and enjoying some quiet time away from the group.
The fun and activities continue on the lower level! Find a state-of-the-art theatre room, complete with 130" 4K laser projection screen and a performance stage which lends itself to business presentations. Challenge your family to a game of pool in the billiards room or play a friendly round of ping pong. The kids in the group will have their own accommodations in the Dormitory Suite, as well as plenty of entertainment in the Google-themed garage. The ground level full kitchen with bar seating is a welcome retreat after a day of fun in the sun and is conveniently located just steps from the pool.
Outside, you will find a pool area with all of the bells and whistles! Ample deck space allows for everyone to lounge by the pool and soak up the sun! The pool itself offers special features for everyone. A relaxing tanning ledge and swim-up bar for the teens and adults, as well as a special section just for the little ones to splash around. Enjoy great conversation at the lounge seating area with gas fire pit. The private walkway offers the convenience of easy beach access just a few steps away. Sit on the beach with a good book or go for a stroll on the wide, sandy beaches of Corolla. At night, sit under the stars and soak in one of the two hot tubs.
The impressive array of amenities is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, bedspreads that are laundered weekly!, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 24 to September 23, and more. No need to worry about multiple trips hauling beach equipment down the private beach walkway, this vacation home offers cabana service, so beach chairs and umbrellas will be set up each morning and taken down each evening. In addition, June, July and August guests will enjoy a next-level beach experience with a daily setup of a 10' x 10' tent that includes a cooler with ice are provided for the ultimate beach experience. No need to worry about preparing dinner for the first night of your stay during June, July and August, as the homeowner has taken care of that detail for you. A catered meal will be provided for the first night of your vacation. Guests of this home will receive preferred rates and tee times at Currituck Golf Club. For a small fee, guests of this home may also use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center, which is within walking distance. Please note that special events are not permitted at this home.

We had cabana and chair service daily, a ‘boil’ was prepared our first night which was outstanding, there were three fresh pies delivered which were delicious, and 4 free bike rentals for the week. We had rented this home before and would definitely do so again! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week at your home. Your hospitality is over and above any other home we have rented!"
"Beautifully kept and appointed home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals each night. Beautiful Creuset cookware, 2ovens (convection) and sharp knives! The outdoor living space and pool were a huge hit with the family. Set up is warm and inviting- we spent all of our time there when not on the beach. The tech in most homes are usually messed up by prior tenants or difficult to navigate, but not this home - everything was step up perfectly and easy to use with instructions to help. One of our favorite homes! The only complaints were one of the grills would not get above 200 degrees (but with 2 others that worked fine, was not an issue) and the Men really missed the Golden Tee arcade game that our previous home had - ah, but they faired just fine without it!"
