2018 Advertising Updates
8/22/17 For the 2018 season, the name of this home will change from "Bikini Bottom" to "Beaches and Dream". This home will no longer allow Special Events in 2018. The Level 2 BR (2T) is changing to BR (K). This home will no longer offer a whirlpool tub.

The house is in a beautiful location right on the beach and so close to shopping and amenities! It really was an amazing stay even with the winds of Hurricane Maria onshore!

The size of the home and the location were perfect for us. There are new owners taking over the property and I assume that they will be taking care of the few items of deferred maintenance that are there due to normal wear and tear. Nothing major. The view is AMAZING and the access to the beach is unbeatable!

We had a great week and really enjoyed being beachfront. Kitchen and dining area is very spacious. Great for multi family vacation. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, dishes etc. Deck access from bedrooms is nice.

Alexis, N019 currently provides a television in the Level 3 great room, Level 3 MBR (K), Level 2 den, Level 2 MBRs (K, 2Duo), and Level 2 BR (Q). However, televisions are not guaranteed amenities and are subject to change at any time. Unfortunately, we do not have television measurements. We apologize for any inconvenience.

They are Bedroom #1 (Level 3 Master Bedroom King), Bedroom #2 (Level 2 Master Bedroom King), Bedroom # 3 (Level 2 Master Bedroom 2Duos), and Bedroom #6 (Level 1 Master Bedroom Queen/Futon) on the floor plan. Jodi, not all bedrooms in this home have private baths, only those marked as master bedrooms have private baths, those listed as bedrooms will share a bath. All bedrooms have deck accesses.

Are pets allowed? Are the special events and fees required?

What is deposit? And what is cancellation policy?
Great question, Anne! When you make a reservation you have the first 48 hours to confirm with your signed lease and initial payment. We offer every guest the option to add Travel Insurance which would act as your security blanket and reimburse you for time lost if something unforseen came between you and your vacation (as long as the reason for cancelling is covered under the policy).
